Baytree Lending is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baytree National Bank and Trust Company, a privately held Bank, located in Lake Forest, Illinois. We operate a first and second mortgage business, in the contiguous United States. Our first mortgage business opened its doors officially in January of 2000, at offices located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. In 2003, we added our Home Equity Division which operates from loan production offices headquartered in West Allis, Wisconsin, under the d/b/a, St. Francis Mortgage Corporation. Over the years Baytree Lending has partnered with professional mortgage brokers and Banks throughout the country and have provided thousands of loans to qualified borrowers; loans which are both affordable and uniquely suited to the needs of each individual borrower. We have and continue to offer a full variety of Conforming, Alt A, and Home Equity products. With a special emphasis on No Income Verification loans and automated underwriting systems, we seek to streamline the mortgage approval process to benefit both, our mortgage broker partners and our borrower clients. As we've grown our sales force we have expanded from the greater Midwest, into the Southeastern United States, Texas, and the Pacific Coast States of California and Oregon.
