The range of services and activities offered includes project planning and preliminary marketing, authorization procedures, advice on financing, general enterprise, pre-opening management, project realization, asset and operating management, and company law. In the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, the Company owned or co-owned 15 hotels with a total number of over 3,300 rooms, as well as seven commercial and office buildings with total floor area of 36,000 square meters in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and France .
