Through a partnership agreement, NeoSystems is authorized to provide accounting and financial planning services to its clients using the Deltek suite of software programs, hosted on NeoSystems secure network and computing infrastructure. This application suite, fully compliant with all government accounting regulations, is used by more government contractors than any other accounting software. NeoSystems operates a state-of-the-art, highly secure network computing infrastructure, the best-in-class Deltek accounting software suite, and possesses a well trained and experienced government accounting staff. These key components enable NeoSystems to offer government contractors a three-tiered service menu to meet their accounting and financial management needs. With Managed Services, a client company has access to the Deltek suite of software tools hosted on NeoSystems network, and accessed remotely through a secure Internet connection, as well as on-site accounting staff supplied by NeoSystems. The employees of a client company have full use of Deltek's personal productivity tools including Deltek s electronic time sheet and electronic expense reporting software. Forecasting and cost proposal modeling using Deltek's Enterprise Planner budgeting tool set are also provided. NeoSystems Managed Services Offerings provide clients with on-site accounting expertise coupled with the use of Deltek software tools. Application Services Provider Offerings give clients with an existing accounting staff access to the Deltek applications running on NeoSystems' network and computing infrastructure. Access to infrastructure and applications is provided through a secure Internet connection. NeoSystems maintains the applications through a Service Level Agreement and is responsible for data backup and disaster recovery. Applications hosted under this arrangement can include Costpoint , GCS Premier , Impromptu, Enterprise PlannerÔ, and Time and Expense Collection. These applications are provided to clients for a monthly, per user charge. Financial Management & Consulting allows clients to access NeoSystems' expertise on a contractual basis for specific needs including government accounting regulations and reporting, financial systems design and deployment, and Deltek software installation and training.
