Info

Indian River National Bank (IRNB) serves customers in East Central Florida, one of the fastest growing housing markets in the nation. Founded in 1985 by local business people, the community bank topped $750 million in assets during 2005. According to Andy Beindorf, the bank's President and CEO, "IRNB owes its continued growth and success to its one hundred percent commitment to the needs of the local community and to consistently providing area residents with a unique brand of one-on-one personal service. The bank prides itself in direct community involvement, custom-tailored lending programs, and quick and easy decision making. IRNB is regarded as the ,bank of choice' by local businesses and residents alike." During 2005, the bank's directors, officers, and staff helped Habitat for Humanity build the one hundredth Habitat home in Indian River County, the fourth Habitat house built by bank staff members. "We strongly support Habitat's local efforts to assist hard working, low-to-moderate income people achieve the American dream and help deserving families secure affordable housing in our market," states Beindorf. IRNB also received the United Way's "Spirit of Indian River County" award during the year for outstanding employee volunteerism. The United Way specifically recognized the bank for routinely providing local civic and charitable organizations with the largest pool of volunteers in the community. During 2004 and 2005, IRNB was also voted "Best Bank" by local Press Journal newspaper readers and was named "Best Place to Work" by the Melbourne-Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Indian River County Human Resources Council. With nine offices and more than 170 employees in Brevard and Indian River Counties, IRNB is poised in 2006 to open an office in St. Lucie County and an additional office in Indian River County. To accommodate the bank's rapid growth in this dynamic marketplace, IRNB expects to break ground in 2006 on a new headquarters building in downtown Vero Beach.
