Kentucky BCI was founded in 2002 with the idea of creating a realistic competitive program for young basketball players - both boys and girls - in the state of Kentucky to have the opportunity to showcase their basketball skills in a state-wide championship type of environment. The program is dedicated to providing the youth of our state, no matter what race, sex or financial ability, the opportunity to become better citizens through the median of basketball.
