For over 28 years, Sanders Reproduction Glass has been providing the restoration and hot rod community with quality reproduction vintage auto glass. Sanders, recently relocated to Vancouver, Washington from Hillsboro and under new management, is still committed to reproducing the essential details for award-winning auto restorations from our selection of original patterns and sample windows. We also produce custom cut flat glass for cars with chopped tops or modified window frames and provide a wide selection of colors and shades. To please the perfectionist we use only superior quality 1/4" laminated safety glass (AS1 CAT-II). We produce OEM glass windshields, door windows, vent windows, quarter windows and back windows (sometimes referred to as a back light) for over 30 different domestic auto makers and over 36 foreign auto makers. Our Concourse grade windows are intended for car show & points competition automobiles: exposed edges are beautifully polished or Black Edged and the original manufacturers sandblasted script (logo and date, sometimes referred to as the "bug") are duplicated to reproduce the OEM appearance. These details are applied with great care and meticulous craftsmanship. Our Replacement grade windows are intended for daily drivers, street rods or antique cars that are not built for car show competition, but can still benefit from good looking windows that work well and fit right. Exposed edges are ground to a satin finish rather than polished and no Black Edging or sandblasted scripting are applied. Our goal is to provide an affordable alternative to the Concourse grade windows without sacrificing quality. We offer a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all of our windows. Sanders is licensed by Ford to reproduce the Ford auto glass logo and date scripting common between 1928 and 1963 and the only company in the U.S. that offers Black Edging.
