The Independent Living Center of Southern California, Inc. (ILCSC) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) consumer-based, non-residential agency providing a wide range of services to a growing population of people with disabilities. ILCSC is dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities to exercise independence -- professionally, personally and creatively -- while striving to educate the community on their needs.
