Contact Van Horn Rural Health Clinic at 432-283-1020 The Van Horn Rural Health Clinic is located in a newly renovated area on the south end of the hospital building. It includes a spacious waiting room and a special "pint-sized" pediatric waiting area designed with the comfort of patients and their families in mind. The 8,000 square foot facility includes 10 exam rooms. Two exam rooms are equipped with electronic tables that can be raised or lowered to aid patients with mobility concerns.
