Northern Aroostook Alternatives, Inc. is a Day Program that provides facilitative, learning and community based opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities and autism. The agency has grown over the past 25 years to include a comprehensive Fundamental Life and Practical Life curriculum. Our friendly and competent staff has many years of experience and is committed to fostering the independence, individuality and uniqueness of each of our consumers. Individual programs are developed in a confidential manner using the Person Centered Planning model, which encourages participation from the consumer, their family and caregivers. We also have a four bed residential facility that provides 24/7 programs and staffing to meet the needs of our consumers.
