Transitional Living Centers currently have 12 group homes in Medina County, Ohio. Residents enjoy family-style living in an 8 person handicapped accessible home with 24 hour personal and nursing care. TLC firmly believes that their success is dependent on the success of those people living in the homes they provide. Emphasis is placed on self-determination and independence, both in-house and on community outings via handicapped equipped vehicles.
