Taitron Components Incorporated (Taitron) is a national distributor of brand name electronic components and supplier of original designed and manufactured (ODM) electronic components (ODM Components), with its product offerings ranging from discrete semiconductors through small electronic devices. The Company also offers ODM Components, which are manufactured electronic components based on its own engineering specifications under the private label brands TCI or PSD through outsourcing. At December 31, 2008, its inventory consisted of over 14,000 different products manufactured by more than 100 different suppliers.
