Delivery Schedule - Morningsun makes weekly deliveries as follows: Monday - Modesto Area, Sierra FoothillsTuesday - Marin, Sonoma, and Napa CountiesWednesday - East Bay AreaThursday - San Francisco and Peninsula AreaFriday - Sacramento AreaDeliveries to locations outside regular delivery areas will be scheduled at time of order. A nominal shipping and handling charge may be required for longer distances. Purchases at the Nursery - The staff at Morningsun will be happy to assemble orders for drop-in wholesale customers at our nursery during normal business hours. If you would like an order assembled in advance for pick-up, please call at least one day in advance. Otherwise, you are welcome to pick-up materials on a self-service basis. The minimum order for a drop-in wholesale customer is $100. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your resale or landscape contractor's license. Availability - All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Orders are filled in the sequence they are received, regardless of the day of your delivery. For example, a Friday delivery order received before a Tuesday delivery order will be filled first. We publish weekly availability lists and distribute them by FAX to all our regular customers. If you are a retail nursery and would like to receive the weekly availability lists by FAX, please send your request along with your business name, resale license number, contact information, and FAX number to dan_sale@morningsunherbfarm.com. These are also available at the nursery for visitors and can be faxed or mailed upon request. When ordering from these lists, please understand that availability of the more popular items can quickly change during the week. On the other hand, we have many items in lots too small to include in our weekly list, so it may be possible to obtain these items on special request. Our Plant Catalog may be viewed on our website at www.morningsunherbfarm.com/catalog2006.htm. Feel free to select plants from the catalog, and we will do our best to fill your special requests. Warranty, Liability, Complaints - We warrant all stock to be true to name, healthy, and free of serious pests. However, we will be liable only to the extent of the original purchase price of the plant we sell. We will not be liable for shortages or delay in shipping due to crop failure, inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, or other contingencies beyond our control. Minimum Ordering Increments - The minimum order quantity for any single variety is 1/4 flat. That is, minimum order increments for 4" plants must be in 1/4 flat multiples, and for 3" plants can be in 1/4 or 1/3 flat multiples. For 3" plants, 1/4 flat = 9 plants, 1/3 flat = 12 plants. For 4" plants, 1/4 flat = 4 plants. We WILL make an exception to this policy in the case of our higher priced specialty plants which are usually listed at the end of the availability list. You may still order these special plants individually. Payment - Cash, check, charge (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Terms - 2% 10 NET 30 - A 2% discount may be applied to the order balance after all other discounts have been taken. The 10 day discount period begins when you receive your invoice and ends when your check is written. Minimum Order - $200.00 within most regular delivery areas. Delivery minimums to other areas will be quoted on an individual basis.
