P.J. Reilly Contracting Co., Inc. is a full-service site contractor, completing earthwork, paving, and utility pipe installation with our own manpower and equipment. We are an open-shop contractor with our primary focus on Chester, Delaware and Southwestern Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties, as well as, projects in Northern Delaware. We have been incorporated since 1991 and have enjoyed many long-term relationships with our clients since inception. We are confident in handling small fast track to large site improvement projects which require hands-on management and attention to detail.
