The Union City Public Library is a full service community library,located in Union City, Pennsylvania, is dedicated to the informational and recreational reading needs of area residents. The library offers approximately 32,000 volumes of fiction, non-fiction and reference materials, internet access, word processing, story hours, and summer reading programs. For information about these or other services, contact the library through the posted e-mail address or by calling 814-438-3209. The Library is a wireless hot spot. The internet is available all of the hours that the library is open. Friends of the Library RADA knives and kitchen products sale. Proceeds will benefit the Friends' Scholarship Fund The Union City Public Library participates in Access Pennsylvania and Power Libraries. This means that patrons can access a wealth of information beyond the library. It was constructed in 2000 and built on a site formerly occupied by the Frisbee Opera House.
