Redwood Health Club of Ukiah is a full service, family oriented swim, racquet and fitness club that provides programs and facilities for youth, teens, singles, couples, families and seniors. The club provides an outdoor recreational and lap pool as well as an indoor therapeutic pool, a family hot tub, two racquetball courts, two fitness studios as well as a cycling studio, and kids club services. Redwood Health Club of Ukiah also supports a full slate of programs in all of these areas, most of which are inclusive with the membership. Redwood Health Club of Ukiah has something to provide for all demographics but especially families.
