Dan Bornstein, owner and founder of Inner Strength, has been Dr. Weil's personal trainer since 2000. Through his work with Dan, Dr. Weil came to understand the importance of incorporating various forms of exercise in order to realize his own optimum health. Since then, Dan and Dr. Weil have worked closely to help others realize that by experimenting with and adopting the forms of exercise that best nourish their minds, bodies and spirits, they too can thoroughly enjoy the process of getting and staying active for a lifetime. Most recently, Dan and Dr. Weil have teamed up on Dr. Weil's website, www.drweilonhealthyaging.com, the adjunct to Dr. Weil's latest book, "Healthy Aging."
