Independent Mining Consultants, Inc. (IMC) was founded in 1983 by Michael Hester, John Marek, and Herb Welhener. Prior to starting IMC, all three had established substantial careers in the mine engineering and consulting fields. IMC's personnel has remained consistent in the more than 24 year history of the corporation. IMC personnel can be contacted through our main office.
