(NCCAOM) I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomate (in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology) of the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I completed my studies in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the Acupuncture College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and apprenticed with my 80-year old mother, Dr. Grace Liu, a traditional practitioner and physician from the old school in China. Along with my acupuncturist wife, Wen Ting, I am co-founder of HanLing Acupuncture Healing Center, Inc. in Tucson, Arizona. The Center is the only full-service clinic in Northwest Tucson specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Also, as an instructor in the use of Electro-Acupuncture and Laser Acupuncture, I present lectures and seminars on these topics at conferences throughout the U.S. Wen Ting, L.Ac. Wen Ting graduated from South Balo University and recieved her master degree in Chinese Medicine in July 1997 and her California acupuncture license in 1998. During her visit to Dr. Grace Liu in April 1999 she fell in love with her nice son Steve and married him in December 1999. She helped Steve start HanLing Acupuncture Healing Center in Tucson, Arizona and they later developed the successful low vision program. Her Patients called her “magic fingers” because she seems to have the magic touch when it comes to the healing. Her greatest lifetime achievement came in March 2002 when she gave birth to her beautiful daughter Sabrina at a mature age of 43. She is the Center’s eye treatment speacilist who will administer the treatment. Some patients call her the “magic fingers” because she able to insert acupuncture needles so quickly, precisely, and painlessly.
