AZA, via an affiliate, provides investment-banking services to its clients as well as outside entities. The Firm's entry into this area has its origins in requests we received from wealthy clients to assist them with various services related to enhancing their business ventures. Initially, the focus was on business and asset valuations but due to our sound execution, it soon spread to encompass the full definition of investment banking services. In 2006, the firm formally leveraged this expertise and consolidated our private equity, merger & acquisition and valuation services under our Investment Banking Services division led by Mr. Joe Nathan. Mr. Nathan, the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Compuware, Inc., brings with him an extensive array of business expertise and networks which significantly enhance the Firms ability to provide industry leading investment banking services.
