Sealy Corporation (Sealy) is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a complete line of bedding products, including mattresses and mattress foundations. The segments of the Company include the Americas and Europe. The Americas segment operations are concentrated in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina and Brazil. The Europe operations are concentrated in Western Europe. The conventional (innerspring) bedding products are manufactured and marketed in the United States under the Sealy, Sealy Posturepedic, Stearns & Foster and Bassett brand names.
