Yardville National Bancorp (YNB) serves as the holding company for The Yardville National Bank (the Bank). The Bank’s markets are located in the corridor between New York City and Philadelphia. It operates 33 full-service branches throughout Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Burlington and Ocean counties in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania. In October 2007, The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of the Company.
