Our objective is to supply the needs of the Downriver Community (located in Southeastern Michigan) with a Personal Satellite System retail showroom that provides the consumer with services they can not get from other satellite retailers.The ordinary large retailer offers a wide variety of different items, making it difficult for a salesperson to have extensive knowledge in every item. Certified Satellite sales personnel are trained to know everything there is to know about the satellite industry. From the best programming options, to the latest in trends, Certified Satellite keeps the consumer up to date, and has the resources to install the system with a custom approach.Certified Satellite offers that "personal touch" that the ordinary large retailer lacks. The consumer will feel that "personal touch" from the minute they walk into our store, until the end of the day when they sit down to watch their newly installed satellite system.Our goal is to be unique in the business and be #1 in the custom service.Along with Satellite Systems, we provide a variety of home theater systems and accessories for the home entertainment consumer. We can supply all of their needs from start to finish.We got into the satellite industry under unusual circumstances. After 12 years of supplying consumers in the Downriver Community with security and related systems, a customer of ours called us and asked if we knew anything about satellite systems. Our immediate answer was, "yes, of course" - seemed simple enough since we have been installing cable in homes for years, how difficult could this be?The customer was called home on an emergency, to find the local Fire Department there to put out a small fire that erupted in their attic. Apparently the contractor that was installing their satellite system, disturbed a hot power line which caused the fire. We were able to finish the installation with ease, and more importantly, no more fires.As a result, we did some research to find that few, if any, local companies were providing consumers with a custom approach to the satellite industry. And so, Certified Satellite Systems, was born.Today we supply consumers with Dish Network, Direct TV and our newest edition Primestar.
