IM Systems (Individual Monitoring Systems, Inc.) established in 1988, is a Baltimore based high-tech biomedical company engaged in the business of medical research, product design, clinical testing and manufacturing of products for the medical, health and fitness industries. Its continued mission is to develop and market highly innovative personal monitoring devices for use in the clinical setting as well as the home environment. The company works closely with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other distinguished institutions in the design of these unique portable instruments that serve both the medical community and the consumer marketplace. Although IM Systems is a relatively new company, it has gained considerable expertise in designing innovative micro-powered ambulatory devices. We presently have several new products under development that soon will be added to our growing product line. Our research team and engineering staff are a very talented group utilizing the newest leading-edge technologies. Within a very short time, IM Systems has been recognized for its creative approaches to scientifically meritorious applications by NIH and has received over 20 major grant awards for medical product development through their very restrictive SBIR programs.
