O&G has been in the construction management business since 1972. We discovered early on that the team approach to CM was key to a successful project. The fact that the Owner, Architect and CM all work in harmony, as partners in the project delivery process, provides an open forum of direct communication that will assure the desired quality is achieved, realistic deadlines are met and disputes are resolved before they become claims. Our success on fifty-seven Construction Management projects since 1972 is proof that our team approach works. During the pre-construction phase, there will be an intensive period of Owner-Architect-CM activity that will focus on budgeting, scheduling, drawing review and the preparation of bid documents for pricing and contract awards. During construction O&G's CM supervisory and administrative staff will focus on ensuring that the contractors perform as required to meet all quality and safety standards and milestone deadlines. Our management personnel will also keep the rest of the Project Team up-to-date on job progress thru informal and formal reporting procedures.
