Morinaga Nutritional Foods continues to make all varieties of its silken tofu with only non genetically modified (non-GMO) soybeans. The formulas for the other five Mori-Nu Tofu varieties (Soft, Firm, Extra Firm, Lite Firm, and Lite Extra Firm) will remain unchanged. However, the company will introduce new package designs for these five Mori-Nu Silken Tofu SKU's later this spring, beginning in May 2003.
