New England Light Opera is a musical theatre company for the whole region and our shows have been performed in many communities from the North Shore to Boston, and metro west to the Cape. We have also now produced 25 Summer Concerts, 4 Rising Stars High School programs, live appearances on WBGH and WERS, and numerous other for hire performances. We look forward in years to come to continuing our concerts, as well as adding full productions. There's so many great shows out there: from operettas like The Student Prince, The Count of Luxemburg and The Chocolate Soldier, to classic Broadway shows like Brigadoon, and Anything Goes. There's also great shows and scores waiting to be rediscovered; from the European operettas of composers like Offenbach and Kalman, to the early American musicals of Kern, Gershwin, and more. Join us on our journey as we bring great music and theater to audiences throughout eastern Massachusetts!
