New Creation Counseling Center was founded in 1993 on the principle that professional counseling should be available to the entire community, even if a person cannot afford the full cost of care. To that end, the Center has devised a sliding fee schedule based on income and ability to pay the full cost of services. The Center is also able to accept many insurance plans, including Medicaid, as well as major credit cards to pay for the cost of care.
