Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. is a consulting firm performing predominantly civil and environmental engineering, and surveying for municipalities and private developments in east central Iowa. In 1985 Michael Hart began providing consulting services for private, institutional, and municipal clients as Hart Engineering. The following year, Doug Frederick created Frederick Surveying and Engineering providing surveying, subdivision design, and site development.
