Info

The Carillon is located in the historic town of Ticonderoga. Established by Chef/Owner Russ Slater in 1988, the Carillon is a full service restaurant specializing in Steaks, Seafood and Pasta. Nestled in the Lord Howe Valley on Route 9N, a well-traveled Native-American by-way, which since the earlier times has lead to campgrounds on the western shore of Lake George. The Carillon takes its name from Fort Ticonderoga, first settled and built by the French in 1755 and named Fort Carillon. A typical evening at the Carillon would find our guests enjoying a pleasant atmosphere, while having homemade bread, soup and dessert. Some of our customer's favorites include the Seafood Pot Pie, Roast Duckling and Grilled Lamb Chops. Our vast selection of fresh Seafood pleases locals and tourists alike. If you have never tried the Carillon, we look forward to your arrival. If you already know the Carillon why not treat yourself tonight? The friendly staff is sure to make your night special.
