Community Conscience is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that owns and operates the "Under One Roof" human services center serving Thousand Oaks and the greater Conejo Valley in Southern California. Twelve social services agencies operate rent free at the 17,500 square-foot Hillcrest building providing them with approximately $250,000 in savings per year they can otherwise use to deliver services.
