Steed's Service Company was founded in 1981 providing service and sales of Blueprinting Equipment. Our customers are Architects, Engineers, Manufacturers, Consulting Firms, Building Contractors, Municipal Facilities, and anyone needing Drafting Equipment and Supplies, Blueprint Equipment and Copiers repaired, and supplies for each. In 1986 we were trained by Xerox Corporation to service their model 2510 Wide format Copier that provided the first low cost Wide Format low production copier. In 1989 we became the first dealer in North Carolina for Dietzgen Corporation selling and servicing their Wide Format Copiers that are capable of black and white copies up to 36" wide by 20' long. In 1996 we acquired half interest in Print Creations Inc., an offset printing company that prints Letterhead, Envelopes, Forms, Business Cards, Invitations, etc. In 1998 Steed's Service Company was incorporated and merged Print Creations in with Steed's. In 1998 Steed's Service Company, Inc. became a dealer for KIP America Wide Format Copiers. KIP America provides a complete line of Analog and Digital Printer/Plotters, further expanding our Copy Machine Line of Equipment. In 2000 with our Business growing and services expanding, Steed's Service Co., Inc. moved into a new 5,500 square foot building at 109 Pineywood Street, Thomasville, NC 27360. In 2002 SSC Inc. became an HP Plotters/Printers Reseller and also Canon Plotter Reseller. Steed's Service Company, Inc. offers full services in Reprographics. Digital files, graphic files and/or plots can be received by E-mail, Posted on our FTP Site, CD, ZIP Disk or floppy disk and printed out to hard copy. Hard copies can also be scanned to digital files and stored on CD's, ZIP Disk, and Floppy Disk or sent by E-mail to the customer's location. SSCI provides machine repair and sales, with supplies. Print Creations provides our customer's offset printing needs. Steed's Service Company, Inc. can handle the complete printing and supply needs for everyday general business to complete document support services for the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, Civil) Industry. SSCI offers High speed Digital Printing, High speed Xerographic Printing, Full Color Copying and Wide Format Color Graphics Output to enhance any business printing requirements.
