The Consumer Credit Counseling Service is a non-profit community service organization which helps residents of the Mid-Ohio Valley who are experiencing financial difficulty. We offer Debt Management Programs, Financial Counseling, Bankruptcy Education and Counseling Certificates, Housing Counseling, and Representative Payee Services.
