Triangle Center offers a full continuum of health care services within one centralized location. We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse to provide a wide range of comprehensive treatment services. Triangle Center is accredited with commendation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations. Triangle Center is Medicaid certified. Triangle Center utilizes the American Society of Addiction Medicine Patient Placement Criteria. These criteria give the treatment team flexibility to choose from a wide range of available resources to meet the individual needs of the patient. By continually assessing each patient throughout their treatment experience, the treatment team can recommend the appropriate intensity and range of services to meet the individual patient needs. This means that we can give the patient as much, or as little, treatment service as required.
