Just to review this is the 3rd step in our 3 Part Promotion. Step 1 – The Pre Approach is the method used to qualify your intended prospects and entice them to stop by your booth by using a promotional gift. Step 2 – The Pitch at the Show reaffirms to the prospect that you are serious about wanting to create a business relationship with them on a personal level and allows your sales team to demonstrate the professionalism and quality of your product or service. Now you are back at the office and trying to catch up with all the standard office activity you may have missed over the past couple of days while you were at the show. Returning phone calls, emails and catching up with the daily office activity are no doubt important, please keep in mind in order to maximize the ROI from the trade show you need to have a firm follow up plan in place. I would suggest waiting between 48 and 72 hours after the end of the show to allow your contacts to get settled back into their routine at the
