Today, Hudson Health Plan is a not-for-profit managed care organization, licensed under New York State Public Health Law and providing services to our members in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, and Dutchess counties. Based in Tarrytown, New York, HHP operates field offices in Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle, New Windsor, Monticello, and Poughkeepsie.
