Switch & Data Facilities Company, Inc. (Switch & Data) is a provider of collocation and network neutral interconnection services primarily to Internet dependent businesses, including telecommunications carriers, Internet service providers (ISPs), online content providers and enterprises. The Company manages 34 facilities in North America. Switch & Data does not own or operate its own network, and as a result, its customers are able to connect directly to their choice of telecommunications service providers. These service providers include tier 1 network service providers (NSPs), ISPs, tier 2 network service providers and international telecommunications carriers.
