Progressive Development Group, Inc.'s mission since first offering its services has been to provide clients with sound, expeditious and economical development services. PDG, Inc. has expanded over the years to offer complete civil engineering, architectural, planning, electrical engineering, surveying and permitting services to its clients. Each service area is headed by an experienced, registered professional who is committed to helping our clients reach their goals for their projects. With Progressive Development Group, Inc., the clients are our driving force. Our goal is to do whatever is possible to help our clients achieve their project goals while protecting their interests. This can only be achieved through strong communication between the staff and the clients. It begins with a solid understanding of what the client desires to achieve in doing the project, and through continuous interaction, the process results in a successful, expedited project and a satisfied client. The fact that over 80% of our work is with repeat clients testifies to our ability to meet the clients' expectations. Historically, PDG, Inc. has been known for the company's work in the petroleum industry. As our clients have expanded, we have added shopping centers, office developments, banks, and food service facilities to our list of successful projects. The staff at Progressive Development Group, Inc. understands that many firms offer similar services. However, we feel the manner in which we provide those services sets us apart from all other firms. As mentioned before, a large percentage of our work is with repeat clients, and over 70% of the that work is with national clients including BP Amoco, ExxonMobil, Motiva (Shell), Bank of America, Penske Truck Leasing, 7 Eleven, Hess, Holiday Inns and others. Participating in national programs gives us the advantage of comparing how projects are done in the southeast versus other parts of the country. Many of the procedures and/or construction methods can be adapted to our client's projects, in turn making the projects more cost effective. As a result of the close relationships we have with our clients, PDG, Inc. has had the opportunity to establish a construction division - CMS. Initially founded to offer construction maintenance services to our petroleum clients, CMS is now providing complete construction services. This has allowed Progressive Development Group, Inc. to institute a complete design/build program.
