Colwill Engineering was formed in 1989 from what had previously been the in-house design staff and management of a division of a national contracting group. The initial mission of the company was to offer a new level of professionalism to the electrical design industry. Through inclusion of staff with practical construction experience a reputation was quickly developed for producing timely, cost effective, accurate, and well coordinated designs. The success of the company has been evident from its growth. An ever expanding number of satisfied clients have resulted in a steady flow of repeat business and a greatly expanded menu of available services. Services now include not only consulting engineering, but also turnkey responsibility. This expanded menu of services, as well as a continuing desire to serve our clients better and provide increased opportunity for our team members led to a reorganization of the company. Separate groups were created to concentrate on consulting engineering, design build, and administrative services. These groups interact with a great deal of synergy, providing services to each other as well as our clients to make all operations as effective and efficient as possible.
