Our Valley Technologies, Inc. is a small business incorporated as a "subchapter S" corporation in the State of Pennsylvania. Our core business is the design, manufacture, and marketing of digital signal processing (DSP) products, primarily at the board level. We also provide engineering design services based on these products. VTI was founded in 1987 as part of Valley Enterprises Inc., a family business. Five years later, VTI absorbed the technical assets of Valley Enterprises and became today's business entity. Our first products concentrated on vector processing and applications of the Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT). While this is still a key area of concentration (our VT-5xxx and VectorWare ® products) we have expanded our product line to include commonly required DSP functions realized in the PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) form factor. We stay on the cutting edge of technology. Valley Technologies develops, manufactures, and deploys high end DSP boards and systems for the military and commercial markets. Our primary thrust is in the areas of extremely high performance, special purpose DSP boards. These boards provide a cost effective solution for frequency domain processing and analysis. Our boards are built around DSP engines, application-specific integrated circuits optimized for the calculation of algorithms based on the Fast Fourier Transform. Our engineers have been working with spectral processors since the technology first emerged in the mid 1980's. We are currently introducing the VT-5000 series of vector processor boards built around the DSP Architectures DSP-24 FFT engine. Using the latest developments in processor chip technology and modular board architecture, the VT-5000 series will be the fastest spectral processing product in the world.
