The Company operates through brands, such as Labor Ready for general labor, Spartan Staffing for light industrial, and CLP Resources, PlaneTechs and TLC Drivers for skilled trades. On February 23, 2008, the Company acquired TLC Services Group, Inc. Effective April 28, 2008, it acquired Personnel Management, Inc., a light industrial staffing company, which serves the marketplace through 43 branches located in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan, and Texas.
