CNY Fair Housing (formerly The Fair Housing Council of Central New York, Inc.) is a private, non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting equal housing opportunity through education, research, advocacy and enforcement. CNY Fair Housing, located in Syracuse, New York, serves Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, and St. Lawrence counties by enforcing laws against housing discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, source of income, disability, gender identity, military service or familial status. Residents of Auburn, Utica, Rome, Watertown, Fulton, Potsdam, Canton, Pulaski, Parish, Ogdensburg, New Hartford, Clayton and other cities in Central and Northern New York are encouraged to report any suspected housing discrimination.
