The Greater Hyde County Chamber of Commerce is an action agency, formed in 1989, designed to meet the needs of the entire Hyde County North Carolina Community, including Ocracoke Island beach retreat and Mainland Hyde County. Hyde County is the perfect place for hunting, fishing, and photography at Lake Mattamuskeet, Mattamuskeet Lodge, or the wide open farmlands.
