Quad/Graphics' corporate trainees are a diverse group of risk-takers who have been given a special opportunity to learn about Quad/Graphics and the printing industry. Our network of trainees explores all facets of the ever-expanding operations of one of the fastest-growing printing companies in the world. Trainees come from a variety of educational backgrounds: liberal arts, sciences, engineering, business. A printing technology or graphic arts management degree is not a requirement. Rather, trainees learn as they progress through production and administrative departments. No two trainees follow the same career path. There is little formal structure to our learning experience. For two to four years trainees learn, absorb, question and examine the various departments that they join. They develop administrative and production skills, meet managers and crews and gain a comprehensive overview of the printing business. The program demands flexible and enthusiastic people. Opportunity is a common word used by trainees. As a trainee, you would be given the opportunity to work, learn, grow and have fun with the best people in the printing industry. The challenges are out there and the rewards are tremendous!
