Ballroom Magic instructors, Russ and Katy Fischer, teach over 20 different dances at its 1,800 sqaure foot, specially engineered studio in Vernon, NJ. Extraordinary sound and light systems enhance the setting. Classes are taught in in color levels. Bronze or beginners’ level concentrates on 10 basic steps, silver introduces more complex steps and gold prepares couples for performing. Whichever level, dance requires patience and practice and according to Katy, "a hang in there attitude." Also according to Katy, women are more gung-ho in ballroom dancing and tend to drag their male partners to beginners class.
