WHL Architects • Planners, Inc. was founded in June of 1987. The company's founder, Douglas White, remains active in his 25th year in the practice of architecture. Douglas' work in Biopharm started in 1980 with commissions for Genentech, Inc. in South San Francisco. He remains a "hands-on" professional through direct participation in each project.
