Chip Roberts and Bobby Perry were two, local Charleston guys, fresh out of college from the University of South Carolina. They wanted to dodge the real world, so with the help of their families, they started The Kickin' Chicken. They opened their first, very humble location on Morrison Drive in the upper peninsula of Downtown Charleston. Their very first order was a delivery. After a few years in "the neck" they moved south and found a spot right in the middle of King Street. Business Hours: Sun-Thu: 11:00am–11:00pm; Fri-Sat: 11:00am–12:00am
