Our unique process of going direct from disk to press eliminates the need for film, plates or matchprints. The digitally printed proof, submitted for your approval, mirrors the original file. We feature our superior printing process, Ultra-Res 250, 250-line screen print production. As an added benefit, we offer our customers four-color process on the front, back or both sides of any card. Variable data is printed simultaneously at the time the images are reproduced. This accelerated process eliminates the need for additional equipment to print pin numbers or other variable data. Once the card is printed it goes into finishing immediately. Printing of any required variable data, i.e. pictures, membership information or multiple lines of personal data, can be printed in color. Our superior lamination provides a Scratch Resistant finish on the top of every card. This feature extends the life of a polyester card 3-4 times that of a PVC card. Our goal is for every card to look great for as long as possible. If you are in need of assistance regarding art, layout or composition of your design, our full time graphic design department can assist you with any card layout. We can provide your in-house art department with templates and layout information if the need arises. WW Digital can provide cards in 3-10 working days from the sign off of your proof. Our normal turn time on proofs is 24-36 hours. Last but not least, our secure facility accounts for every card produced with absolute numerical integrity.
