Provident New York Bancorp (Provident Bancorp) is a unitary savings and loan holding company that owns all of the outstanding shares of Provident Bank (the Bank). Provident Bank is a full-service, community-oriented savings bank that provides financial services to individuals and businesses. The Company operates 33 branches that serve the Hudson Valley region, including 32 branches located in Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster and Putnam Counties in New York, and one branch in Bergen County, New Jersey that operates under the name Towncenter Bank, a division of Provident Bank, New York.
