SPUUF
Info
The Stevens Point Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (SPUUF) was chartered in 1966. Since then, the Fellowship has been a small, yet constant source for a liberal religion choice in the community. We embrace religious pluralism in our search for truth and justice. We continue to be an organization dedicated to the acceptance and participation of persons in the full range of our Fellowship and society without regard to race, color, sex, disability, sexual orientation, age or national origin. Adherence to any particular interpretation of religion or to any formal religious belief or creed is not required. We hold services every Sunday at 11:00 a.m., September through May at The Springs, 2820 Plover Springs Drive, Plover. Get Map We are a lay-led fellowship integrated with services led by ministers, community professionals and Fellowship members. Our services promote and enhance our understanding of the UUA Principles. Every Sunday is different, so we encourage visitors to attend more than once to get a true feel for our fellowship. We offer religious education for children 5 and above, during our service hour. Age appropriate UUA curriculum is used for our religious education classes. Child care is available for children under 5. Monthly services are individually scheduled during the summer months . SPUUF is a member of the Central Midwest District (CMWD) of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA).
