We only use whole muscles in the preparation of our sausages and jerky. We also carry USDA Prime steaks. Our goal is to offer only the best of eating experiences. Our recipes have won awards at the Texas Shoot Out (Texas Fiery Foods Show 2001) and The International Fancy Food Show (National Association for the Specialty Food Trade 2004).
